History of Sudoku Puzzle-Game
Sudoku was first published in 1979 by Dell Magazines as Number Place.
Sudoku was designed by Howard Grans, a 74-year-old retired architect and freelance puzzle constructor from Indiana.
His name was always present on the list of contributers in the issues of Dell Pencil Puzzles and Word Games that included Number Place.
He died in 1989 before getting a chance to see his creation as a world wide phenomenon.
Carol Vorderman presented the first live TV ‘Sudoku Show’ ‘Sudoku Live ’ on July 1st 2005 on Sky One.
